Email your request to Supply Officer (click on link). All requests must be made by the Tuesday before training night. Not all requests can be accommodated upon immediate request. Gathering supply requests take time and NLCC Carinthia is granted access only on Thursday Nights. We ask for much patience and understanding from our cadets and parents.
The email must include:
- Your Cadet(s) Rank with Last Name - for example AC Smith
- the items requiring exchange - for example "blue uniform shirt, cadet boots, cadet coat"
- the items you giving back for this exchange - for example, "blue uniform shirt, cadet boots"
- the reason why these items are being exchanged - for example "shirt & boots too small. Have not received cadet coat yet"
Please note, if due to missing or disrepair, there is a fee to pay associated to the requested Uniform Part.
If they are missing/wishing to replace any of the items below
- a ball cap,
- sinch sac,
- camp kit duffel bag,
- Corps Tshirt,
- Corps Pullover
There are fees attached to these 5 items listed above. They are not free parts or on loan. These items are spirit-wear/items incorporated into the Corps. First items are free (less engraving cost). Additional items are to be paid for by parents/cadets.
All Fees must be paid prior to receiving the uniform part.
